Support the development of high-quality steel and non-ferrous metal material deep processing industrial clusters, focusing on the development of advanced manufacturing key basic components and equipment, high-tech steel for ships and marine engineering, and high-quality stainless steel, corrosion-resistant alloys, high-temperature alloys and other advanced steel new materials And high-quality aluminum and aluminum alloy, copper and copper alloy, sponge titanium, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, zirconium alloy, 3D printing high-performance metal powder and other non-ferrous metal materials and products.
Promote the coordinated development of industrial coupling. Promote the coupling of steel, chemical, building materials and other industries to promote the coordinated development of the raw material industry. Make full use of the by-products of the chemical and metallurgical industries to develop new green building materials, promote the recovery of carbon dioxide from the magnesite and cement industries, and develop the carbon chemical industry. Promote coal gas-to-olefin technology, rationally utilize the by-product hydrogen resources in the steel and petrochemical industries, and actively participate in the development of the hydrogen energy industry; promote the use of coal tar to produce needle coke and other products by coking companies, and improve the resource security level of carbon companies.
Liaoning Province will also focus on the development of advanced new steel materials such as marine engineering and shipbuilding steel, equipment steel, construction steel, automotive steel, electrical steel, and military steel. Strengthen the supporting cooperation with the downstream steel industry, increase the research and development of advanced steel materials, and promote the clustered development of the steel deep processing industry. By 2025, the operating income of the high-quality steel materials industry will reach more than 200 billion yuan.
