51CrV4 1.8159 Bright Spring Steel Rod
We can supply bright steel rod after +QT heat treatment.
Ground bright steel
We supply ground bright steel according to DIN EN 10278 to tolerance class IT 6.
Turned/Peeled bright steel
We supply peeled round material according to DIN EN 10278 in tolerance class IT 11 or IT 9. Other tolerances can be supplied upon request.
Polished bright steel
The first stage, if the material is unfinished, starts with a rough abrasive (perhaps 60 or 80 grit) and each subsequent stage uses a finer abrasive, such as 120, 180, 220/240, 320, 400 and higher grit abrasives, until the desired finish is achieved.
Drawn bright steel
Drawn bright steel is produced from hot-rolled steel bar or wire by chipless drawing.
We supply drawn bright steel in a wide range of cross-sectional shapes according to DIN EN 10278 in tolerance class IT 11 or IT 9.
