Finkl & Sons, Composite Forgings and Sorel Forge announced today that they are uniting to form Finkl Steel, a subsidiary of the Schmolz + Bickenbach Group. This change equips the new company with improved manufacturing efficiencies, increased product availability and an enhanced global presence.
